Shipping

Please allow 2 - 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All orders are provided a tracking number, please reference this number in the case of carrier delays.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Shapebike accepts exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and all items must be in unworn and/or unused condition. We do not accept returns or refunds. Due to the unique quality of these artisan items please think carefully about your purchase before buying. We take great pride in the quality of pictures and descriptions and assure you that they are not misleading.

 

Sale Items

Please note all items purchased from our sale section are final sale. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.  

 

Cancellation of Online Orders

If you need to cancel your order we can issue a refund within the same business day less restocking and processing fees. HOWEVER, If your order has already shipped you will be responsible to ship the item back to us to then receive store credit.
